What's in My Backpack 2015



I’m back with a new video, this is a very honest video that I did this far. It doesn’t mean I’m fake or pretend in every video. But I film this before I go to college. I’m so ready to go but then I film the video and clean my backpack again. Kind of weird, but here is it!




Can you notice that I look unhappy in this video?

I hope you don’t see it but I promise that I won’t be like this anymore. My mood when I was filming this video is so messed up! I don’t know what is wrong with me. I just became so stupid and stuck in one problem that I actually don’t need to think about it.

Please pray for me. I’m trying to gain motivation in my mind. But the harder I do, the less I get. I need your support!

Fake Ice Cream for Display


Maybe it just me but I am sure that you guys will feel the same when your favorite class is over. Here are some pictures that I took for the exam day of culinary art class. It supposed to be a decoration “tumpeng”. But the time doesn’t allow us. So we made an ice cream for the final exam.

I am eating Snails! it named TUTUT



            I am going to talk about ‘snails’ right now. If you are Indonesian and especially living in West Java, you probably know about this dish. It called ‘tutut’. Tutut is little snails that live in wet rice field. But some of my friends who live in other country will wonder about this. Some of them asking me, can we eat snails? They live in mud! No wayyy, it’s disgusting. Wait, is that halal?

Gastronomy : Bajigur



                I have no idea. I love to write something special from my country. Yeah that’s mean it identical thing from this country. I can’t say it come from my hometown because I am a little girl from small city near the capital city. Indonesia has so many islands and of course there are so many unique foods and beverages in each place.
            I am a proud person. I love to add my knowledge about food gastronomy, unique food that came from one place. Identical food we can try when we visit that place. That is why I made this new sub label on  my blog : Gastronomy.

Carving Class

Oh hey guys!
            And hello…
            Again, I’m going to post something that I got from my class. And still in culinary art –because this class is so cool, I can’t handle it err- I attended a carving class. (Finally) Play with my knives. I had 3 knives which I always bring in my box and I use all of that right now.
            They hurt my fingers sometime, but it is fine because always there is the first time in everything. I’m the beginner so I apologies for the result. I’m doing every job with my team. Some of these pictures are also created by other groups. I’m not satisfied but I’m so happy with the results.
            We get little surprise because someone who teach us do carving is not a teacher from the college, he is an alumni who really good at this thing. He is pretty good looking. I brought my camera and I’m trying really hard to not take picture with him. He made me nervous too but I must be professional. Lol!
            We did it with some vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, zucchini, radish, chilly and scallions. In my opinion, doing radish is the hardest thing because they are so fragile and soft. I try to made roses and always fails. It is still very basics. I have to learn and practice more. I will always try and try so I can be an expert at this.
