How to Be A Morning Person | Wake Up with Me

If you read the tittle of this post, you probably think that I am a morning person. But trust me, I am not. It’s so hard for me to stay awake after my fajr prayer. Especially happens when I don’t have morning class. I will just heat my water to shower then hugging my pillow again. That’s obviously not a good habit.
In this special new post, I want to take you with me. Starting to be positive person, managing our beautiful life and get healthier. I still in the process cause I’m human too. It’s better to try than not doing anything at all.
Let’s get in to the tips!

Night Time
Doing so many homework(s) is a routine is like a must for us at night. No matter what is your job, but I know how it feels when you really sleepy and need a break to just close your eyes. We have to done the sh*t before go to bed.
Or maybe there were so many distractions like movies, go on Instagram and texting with your crush. We all have all those up owl night. It will affect our sleep time.
1.       The first thing we have to do is makes at least “me time” for 1 hour before you sleep. For example, I usually sleep at 10 PM so I have to prepare myself at 9 PM.
2.      There are so many things we can do during 1 hour relax time. Make sure you done your work. Or at least you have plan or target to do all the works. So you can sleep quietly.
3.      You can also do your night routine for this hour. Brush your teeth, cleaning and maybe mask your face. Everything makes you relax. I usually drink my hot tea too.
4.      Turn off your lights, setting your alarm, grab your blanket and ready to sleep!

Morning Time
Get up from your bed is hardest thing to do. I know the gravitation is a lot harder on our bed in the morning. But I know we are stronger than that!
1.       I suggest you to keep your alarm, far away from your bed. Cause if we place our alarm/phone next to our pillow, it will be easy to us clicking the snooze button. By we place it far away, we can move and being forced to awake.
2.      I usually doing fajr prayer at 5 AM even though it should be start at 4.14 nowadays. After do that, I make my bed. It makes me feel more productive that day.
3.      Clean your room is also a big step to get better life.
4.      I love to work out before I shower. At least 10 minutes stretching. It helps a lot.
5.      After that I go to shower and getting ready.
6.      I love listening to music while I’m getting ready because it makes me feel so fresh and relax.

I think that’s all, the point of being morning person is doing right morning and night routine. Never get stressed and think positive. Here I have a short video of mine, waking up and awaken by cheeky song. Hope you liked it :P

If you are a tourist or maybe looking for comfy place, you will easily find Kedai Boboko because it located in Jl. Ir. H. Djuanda No. 254, Coblong, Bandung Jawa Barat. It’s in the center of city.

When we arrived to this place, it just feels like home. They make the parking area look so wide. When we enter the place, you will be so glad because they offer so many rooms/sections with different sense.

Nasi Bancakan "Abah Barna"

Met local traditional food!
Yes, for this post and probably next post I’ll be posting stuff from my lecture. They asked us, separating one class member to be some group which consisting six people in it. We have to visit local restaurant that present traditional cuisine from their owned place. In this case, it should be Sundanese.
It such an honor for me to do this kind of task because it basically what I love to do. post it in the internet as my diary and giving people (who probably look at my blog) an inspiration.
In this first opportunity, we visited “Nasi Bancakan”. Even I’m pure a sundanese but I don’t really understand the meaning of that word as Sundanese language. But luckily we met the founder of Nasi Bancakan. He He explained what the meaning of Bancakan was. Bancakan means spending time with people you love or whoever might be in happy ways. It should be eating some foods together. I thought it’s seems like thanksgiving in western but Bancakan shouldn’t be in special time. We can do that every time we want depends on the situation.
The founder of Nasi Bancakan named Abah Barna. He reminded me of my grandfather who lived far away in my hometown. He started his business on October 17th 2007. Beside this traditional restaurant, there was a more modern restaurant which still owned by his family. Basically they have family business which very cool.
